What kind of sense does it make to block social networking tools in the work place when they can be used to problem solve, analyze, communicate, etc? Just today, I ran into a facebook block when I tried to share an article I was reading to facebook. I often use facebook to keep a running log of articles to use in my profession and when facebook is blocked, "Houston, we have a problem."
Needless to say, this will definitely be a topic of conversation. What are your thoughts on access to social networking tools in the workplace. Can your employees be trusted...can you be trusted?
